Glee reminded me of this song. I used to sing it a lot.
I survived almost three years of psychological torture. The cheating, the violence, the lies, the humiliation… It almost killed me.
But I’m back on my feet. My life is great now. I matured and I’m making my dreams come true. The only thing I don’t agree with this song is that I don’t really want to thank him for being a son of a bitch. I don’t hate him anymore but he enjoyed hurting me, that’s not something I’ll ever be grateful for. But yes, I don’t regret my past, it made me stronger, it made me a fighter.
